Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Stargaze app and website. Stargaze is operated by Orvexa AI Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Stargaze, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity on it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Stargaze. Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the videos, audio, and other content you upload. By publishing content on Stargaze, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute it to other users as part of operating and promoting the app. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any audio or footage you upload — the app asks you to confirm this for content taken from your device's gallery.

Acceptable use

Don't use Stargaze to post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is hateful, sexually explicit, or harasses others. Don't manipulate views, gazes, comments or scores, use bots, or create fake engagement. You can report content or users in the app. We may remove content, disqualify entries or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Challenges, scoring and prizes

• Entering official challenges is free. Each challenge shows its own rules, dates and prize information.
• Official entries must be fresh live recordings made for that challenge. Singing challenges do not allow background music; dance challenges require you to choose one of the challenge's official tracks.
• Your Final Score combines an AI content score, audience engagement and judges' scores, weighted as shown for each challenge. Scores and rankings are generated as described in our Judgement Rules in the app, may be updated as engagement and judging are completed, and may be adjusted or corrected by us. Judges' decisions on integrity and disqualification are final.
• Prizes are awarded by us or the challenge's sponsor according to the prize information published for that challenge. Stargaze does not currently process prize payments in the app. Winners may be asked to verify their identity and eligibility, and prizes may be withheld where an entry breaks these terms or the challenge rules.

Sponsors

Sponsored challenges and sponsor advertising are reviewed and approved by us before they run. Sponsorship fees, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A sponsor does not receive access to your private information.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Stargaze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for content posted by other users, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
